What Authority Do Pastors Have?

Authority presupposes hierarchy; hierarchy presupposes inequality. This is blasphemy in today’s world. Of course, Christians understand that God is the Ultimate Sovereign. At the same time, Christians are at risk of being subtly influenced by the pagan hordes, specifically with regard to the authority of the pastor.
